I’m a designer and data analyst with an interest in civic tech. Through empathy and design thinking, I make services more equitable and people-centered.
I love to evaluate complex information structures, deconstruct them, and put them back together in ways that foster understandability and usability. My approach to UX research marries qualitative methods with data analysis and visualization to communicate users’ stories in a creative, impactful way. I’ve worked to improve vital public services through my work at Brooklyn Public Library and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Operations, and believe a well designed information experience can help remove barriers between people and critical information.
